Standing notices.
Standing notices that apply to the materials on this site, the fund offering, and any communication with prospective allocators.
01 Nature of this communication
This website and any related materials are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any fund managed by Monet Capital. Any offer or solicitation will be made solely by means of the relevant confidential offering documents and only on a private basis to qualified investors.
02 Private offering
Interests in any fund managed by Monet Capital are offered on a private basis to qualified investors only. The specific regulatory framework relied upon will be confirmed in the relevant offering documents. Subscribers will be required to verify investor status through documentation acceptable to the manager and to the fund administrator.
03 Past performance and forward-looking statements
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Returns shared in private materials are net of all fees and expenses for the period stated; methodology is disclosed alongside the figures. Backtested or model-derived returns, when shown, are clearly identified and presented with the assumptions and limitations behind them. Any statements about future positioning, expected return, or risk are forward-looking and subject to material risks, including the possible loss of principal.
04 Risks
Investment in the fund involves risk. Risks include — but are not limited to — the following, and a detailed risk disclosure is provided to qualified allocators as part of the diligence pack:
- market volatility
- counterparty failure
- smart-contract or protocol failure
- custody or operational risk
- basis or funding dislocation
- regulatory change
- liquidity risk
05 Verification and on-chain information
Where this site references on-chain information — wallet structure, settlement, or reserve composition — the underlying data is observable on public blockchain networks. The accuracy of any third-party block explorer is not under our control. Allocators receive wallet identifiers and reconciliation methodology under confidentiality after introduction.
06 Service providers
Service-provider relationships described on this site, including those marked “in process” or “target,” reflect the manager's intent at the time of publication. Status is updated as appointments close. The named counterparty list is shared with qualified allocators under confidentiality.
07 Confidentiality
Information shared with allocators in private materials, in the data room, or through the LP portal is confidential. Recipients are expected to handle it consistently with the diligence process and any applicable non-disclosure agreement.
08 Jurisdictions
The fund is offered only in jurisdictions where it may lawfully be offered. Nothing on this site is directed at any person in a jurisdiction in which the publication or availability of the information would be contrary to local law.
09 Official channels and impersonation
Monet Capital communicates only through its own domains and named people. Our official website is monet.capital; the investor portal is portal.monet.capital; and correspondence comes from addresses at @monet.capital. We do not solicit investment through social media, direct messages, messaging apps, or unsolicited “investment opportunities,” and we never ask for funds to be sent to a wallet address by message. If you receive a communication claiming to be from Monet Capital that you cannot verify against these channels, treat it as fraudulent and report it to ir@monet.capital.
