01 What we collect

When you submit the request-access form we collect the information you provide — typically name, work email, firm, investor type, indicative ticket, timeline, and any free-text notes. We also retain the email and call records of any subsequent diligence correspondence with investor relations.

02 What we don't collect

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, retargeting cookies, or marketing pixels on this site. Page loads are not associated with an identifier, and no behavioural profile is built.

03 How we use it

  • To evaluate fit with the fund's mandate and to schedule an introduction.
  • To share materials in the data room, under confidentiality, with prospective allocators.
  • To comply with applicable record-keeping obligations.

04 Who sees it

Submitted information is reviewed by the investor relations team. Where appropriate it may be shared with the fund's external counsel, administrator, or KYT vendor for verification and onboarding. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

05 Retention

Diligence correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship is active, and afterward for the period required by applicable record-keeping rules. Allocators may request review or removal of their information by contacting investor relations.

06 Hosting and security

This website is hosted on standard commercial infrastructure with industry-standard transport encryption. The LP portal, when provisioned, is hosted with the controls described in Infrastructure and accessed under per-allocator credentials.

07 Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or delete information held about you, and to obtain a copy. Requests can be directed to investor relations and will be addressed under applicable law.

08 Contact

Privacy questions can be directed to ir@monet.capital.
